We, the undersigned, are the people of Iran, deeply committed to peace and respectful of the American people and the United States. We view the American nation as a close ally and hold it dear, just as we cherish our own homeland. We are deeply saddened and concerned by the recent events that have compromised the security of the United States, and we extend our heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the American people in these trying times.
In the spirit of mutual respect, we respectfully urge you to consider facilitating the visa process for ordinary Iranian citizens. As you are aware, Iranian Americans have long been successful and valuable members of U.S. society. We understand that national security is paramount, and we fully respect your responsibility to implement necessary security measures to protect the American people.
However, we, the undersigned, call for a more streamlined visa process for deserving Iranian individuals, and we ask that you take the following actions:
1-Expel individuals with direct ties to the Islamic Republic from the United States and freeze their assets.
2-Utilize advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy and allied nations with diplomatic representation in Iran, to enhance the vetting process for visa applicants.
3-Press the Canadian government to seize assets connected to the Islamic Republic and expel individuals with ties to the regime.
We believe these measures will not only enhance the safety and security of the United States but also foster stronger cooperation and understanding between our nations.
