I own two La Cholla Airpark properties, and our biggest issues is the condition of our roads which is horrendous! These are long past life expectancy and need to be replaced now. With professional community management, and acceptable HOA dues to fund our needs and build reserves, our community can become an excellent place to proud of and awesome neighborhood.

We favor settling the Ferrin Lawsuit. Supermajority for financial matters is not working.

This "good ol' boy" mentality needs to get over themselves and put their efforts into standard community practices. Lets get the show on the road! (pun intended)

Moving toward a settlement by meeting to look for common ground makes complete sense. If the suit is allowed to go to court, the "winners" will be the attorneys, not the LCAP shareholders. Clearly the roads must be addressed. There may be several paths to this, and all should be explored, but this approach may in fact be the most expeditious--especially given the number of attempts in the past that have failed.

Our roads need to be rebuilt, and we must have reserves to maintain our community. This is all obviously very overdue.

I want to pursue WLB 24' road program. Also, the Capital Reserve Study. I would like the airpark roads identical to first 1/8 of mile of Kingair Drive which was paved by Oro Valley approximately 5 years ago.

I’ve been a shareholder/resident for more than thirty years and am fed-up with the continual parade of mismanagement, the “good ole boy” system, fraught with misfeasance, nonfeasance and lately malfeasance, that has suppressed property values in a raising market and kept this uncut and unpolished jewel from becoming an amazing community.

In addition to the rewrite of CC&Rs, Settlement Agree of the suit to the satisfaction of Lonnie Ferrin, a timeline is established of no more than 24 months for paving, professional management in place and enforcement of those CC&Rs for those who are in noncompliance such as junky properties or unfinished structures.
