A petition to remove Jill Farren Phelps as Executive Producer of Young and the Restless

Jill Farren Phelps needs to go. She is dragging story lines out for too long and great actors/actresses are leaving or being fired from the show. Listen to the people that have watched and loved Y&R for so many years.

Bring the ONLY Adam we love back. Jill Farren Phelps needs to go!

The show puts me to sleep every day at 12:30 p.m. Except for the original cast---miss Phyllis horribly, Kathryn, Adam----it's just been awful for the past two years anyway.

She is too slow with moving things along. I love young and restless. Please do not let anything happen to it.I have watched since I was a teenager even when I work. I tape it. I am 60 yr. Old. Thank you.

One of the reasons why Y&R has stayed on the top for so long is that we are used to seeing the same characters every day. We were in love with Billy Miller and all the other character actors that we have come regard as members of our own families. We are comfortable with them, lovable or rotten as each one may be. I've been watching Y&R for decades, and I have an excellent memory. I keep recognizing the same plots resurrected from years past. If that is the best that Jill Farren Phelps and her writers can do, it's time to find new leadership for new story lines for the best soap on the air! And, please, if two characters are in a major argument, find some other way to help them patch up their differences besides getting stuck in an elevator or being in a disabled car on a lonely road late at night. Why does GC have such a hard time keeping the lights on or expensive cars running?

She needs to go. The ratings are slipping, and I refuse to watch the show I have followed for over 20 years go down the tubes.

Jill Farren Phelps is ruining what once was, the best soap! Ever since she has taken over, characters & their story lines have been ruined. CBS, SONY & The Bell family should really listen to the fans!! We fans keep your show running & have kept your show on air, while other soaps were being cancelled. I love Y&R, I understand actors leave, get replaced (sometimes good, definitely not with the Billy role), but the story lines kept me wanting more & tuning in everyday. I now DVR it & fast forward most of it! Please listen to the fans & replace Jill Farren Phelps! She's killing OUR SOAP! !!

I totally agree with the petition AND the story writers need to move things along. Y&R is boring and going on a downhill slide.

Young and the restless has become boring and the story line is way to draged out some one else needs to replace Jill Farren Phelps someone that can write a better story line and make this soap what it used to be

Still love and watch the show, but if I did this on my job, I definitely would be looking for another job

Both Billy replacements were/are a disaster. Recasting Adam will be a HUGE mistake. Ben Rayburn needs to go away, Kelly needs to get lost. Where is the comic relief of Gloria? Let Christine & Paul be happy for five minutes. Get Billy & Vicky back together. Just a few examples of how awful things have become under the regime of Jill Farren Phelps.

The show has definitely taken a turn for the worse since Jill Farren Phelps as taken over as EP. We are losing our favorite people, firing MM was absolutely insane and not working with Billy Miller to give him what he wanted was a terrible error in judgement. Lets save our soap while we still can.

I record Y&R because I work. I'm 42 episodes behind. I'm just losing interest. I love all the older actors, but these new ones gotta go. I WANT MICHAEL MUHNEY, BILLY MILLER AND MICHELLE STAFFORD BACK NOW!!!

Have watched Y&R for decades! Please remove Jill Farren Phelps before she kills this show. Bring back Michale Muhney!

I have been watching Y&R for 22 years and I'm only 36, so pretty much all of my life and I have to say that since this woman has taken over the show has turned to crap. Getting rid of great actors and characters and having story lines that are lasting forever(Sharon, Phyllis DNA) unbelievable

I have watched Y&R since I was like 4 years old with my mom.. it's actually where I fell in love with Shemar Moore(former Malcolm) when I was 8 ... I'm 21 now and still a dedicated viewer and I would hate to see it cancelled because of someones incompetence

I cannot believe the turn for the worst this show has taken. It is no longer interesting. The story lines are boring and going nowhere, the teasing of Adams hands, Kelly sucks as a character and actress. Bring back Billy Miller and most importantly Michael Muhney. Until you do, I will no longer watch this show.
