Please make sure she is gone and that Michael Muhney or Billy Miller do not depart on 1/30/14!! Already The Bold and the Beautiful is the #1 soap and I believe it is written by a Bell. I hate the "Ridge" replacement but that's another story.
The fact that Michael was stunned tells me a lot. An employee should never be in the dark regarding performance. This is Management 101. I have held several management jobs and JFP's skills are lousy and incompetent.
Also firing someone just before Christmas, especially someone with a family is rotten, unforgivable and just plain demoralizing. It must have been especially hard for an actor who works hard everyday and performs excellently to be treated so badly and disrespectfully.
I have watched MM in other settings and he appears genuine, friendly, has a great sense of humor, is interesting to listen to because he loves his craft and is excited to talk about it and make improvements for everyone. You would be losing an extremely capable actor, similar with Billy Miller.
I plan to write to every CBS and SONY executive I can find addresses for...there"s a lot of information out there. I have a lot of time as I recently had extensive back surgery. I have never felt this strongly about an injustice; maybe it's because I'm sick of seeing employers treat employees like shit and only care about the almighty dollar and how important they are or how much power they have. JFP is abusing power and making her bosses look like idiots and as heartless as she is. Karma does come around and you will have to answer to our maker for your petty actions and allowing poor treatment of others. Also I will be writing sponsors: Loreal, Weight Watchers, Walmart, Chevy, and Restasis and anyone else I find. It worked in NASCAR when NAPA dropped sponsorship of Michael Waltrip Racing for inappropriate actions/cheating. It could work here too as there are many p

I have watched Y&R since the first episode. Jill Farren Phelps has to go. I am tuning out until she is gone. She has destroyed the show and fired the characters we all love. She just rehashes story lines from other soaps. Really has it come to this?

This woman needs to go and take the aging Eric Breden, Melody tT.Scott, Doug Davidson with her and bring back Michael Muhney. Whatever he did or said you say you love the fans then give the fans back what they want and enough of this team crap. Did this team stand behind Michael when he was let go?

Watched since the early 1980s, Phyllis, Billy, Adam...all played by remarkable actors, killing a child, bringing in a swarm of new actors who are not believable...horrible writing, so sad how they write Sharons lines...I give up and will be removing it from my dvr on Jan 30th. This JFP needs to go asap, hire back Billy and Michael, do whatever it takes to rehire Michelle, lose all the new hires, except Avery...that would be what it would take to keep me and many others, tuned in.
