Makes me sick what she has done to the show. I've been watching for 30 some years, and now I can't stand watching it. Now today finding out Michelle Stafford signed onto General Hospital I am sick…. Seems to me Jill Farren Young is burying this show. Is this the plan… Let's get rid of her and try to get MIchelle, Michael and Billy back.

I have been a very long-term fan of Y and R. Between the numerous unnecessary changes in cast by lesser actors and the mundane story lines and dialogue, I am barely holding on. It all starts at the top.

Why is Y&R the only soap to never have any regular gay characters? Are the rumors of homophobia true?

I feel a sleep watching The Young And The restless. I never have fell asleep during Y&R. This lets you know that the shoe needs to be fixed. By the way I been watching the show for 20years

The Y and R has been a family tradition for its entire duration. Since JFP joined, most have stopped watching. She has destroyed the show by trying to turn it into general hospital. Get rid of her. U were number 1 before here and now y and r isn't worth a rank. Please save the show before it is too late

There is now proof that the ratings have been declining for this iconic soap. Women are not in favour of seeing women domesticated back into the 1950s. Avery a once brilliant Attorney yet her key role is baking key lime pies. Why can't she not have this as a weekend hobby? Sharon who has been ruined beyond repair just found out that her former father in law has been gas lighting her and she reacts as if she has been lobotomized. We the fans have been treated as if we are stupid. For months we saw a dark skinned woman as Mariah, now we are being told that CG who is White was originally planned to be Mariah. We heard Tyler telling Lily she reminded him of Mariah. Last time I checked CK is not a White woman. We are also angry with the retcon SL of Dylan being Nikki's son, that is an outright lie. She was not pregnant while in the cult. There are so many other things that is wrong with this show. The ratings say it all. It is time for CBS and Sony to give up the ghost, swallow their pride and get rid of Jill Farren Phelps. She is causing the show to come in second to GH in key demos. People are bored and fed up. Jill needs to go, bring back fan favorite Kay Alden and fix this show. Thanks.

Ever since she stole Steve Burton, she left a very bad atset in my mouth...I use to watch both shows but now I only watch GH...Why because they didnt steal...Theyborrowed at one point and made them theirs in the end but not by stealling(OLTL) charachters...They have Honor for thier staff and they have a great storyline for all its members

She has ruined this show..ive watched it from day one...im done..she jumped the shark....several times. I give up

I have been watching Y & R for 35 years. It used to be such a highlight of my day and the weekend when I could catch up on episodes. Lately I'm not caring anymore if I see it or not..... the show has completely gone down the hill, the conversations between characters sometimes are fragmented and the viewer is left trying to guess the backstory or what was said when the character picks up the conversation. The obvious exodus of wonderful actors and the on slot of new characters on a weekly basis has made watching pretty unbearable. There were always new faces on Y & R in the past but they were introduced with finesse and rich wonderful writing! Please remove JFP from this how mess before it is to late!!

I have watched Y&R since I can remember. I'm 46 and have hardly missed an episode. I am sad to say that I have over 40 episodes on my DVR right now. THAT has NEVER happened before. I usually watch every night before bed. And it just isn't that interesting anymore. Now that Billy is gone also I might just delete them all and just remember the good old days. I couldn't hardly watch it when D died. That is what ruined it for me.... Not a story line that keeps you coming back every day. Somebody please get rid of Jill Farren Phelps. I am done if you don't!!!

Y&R is almost unbearable to watch. I find myself FF most of it.
