I have watched and loved The Young And The Restless since I was a little girl. I always enjoyed it up until now. I think all the story line is just garbage. There is no more joy in the show only negativity. I find myself not watching very often because I loose interest.

I love Y&R have watched it since I was a kid. But the last year the show is just horrible. The story lines are so stupid. And the writing is making my favorite actors look like fools. I turn it on and end up turning the TV off or changing the channel. When Billy and Michelle left the show started going down hill and has only gotten worse!!!! Please fix it before it's too late

There is no story lines to screw up. Its any thought that pops into "head". Band B has a story and not new people every day that u have idea what the Shih Tzu they are talking about.

he writing of the Characters is extremely poor to say the least. For instance, Michael Baldwin, who has been madly in love with hdisu, and always a level headed, voice of reason, has been doing everything in his power to make l Lauren leave him.Before this horrible daboggle of our wonderful show, he would've accepted her love and support to see him through his bout with cancer . Where's Jill,Colin, Gloria, Ester, just to name a very few??!!!! People just disappear without any explanation! So many of the story lines are just ridiculous! Austin was supposedly killed on valentines day! HELLO! IT'S JULY! How long does stupid have to last before you decide to end this and move on?! This "Jack thing is not only absolutely insane, but completely horrible! First, Phyllis isn't at all so dumb that she couldn't tell he wasn't Jack! Further more, this man is raping her! ! Why in the hell would this ever be considered a "good " thing?! Then,of course, we can't forget about Sharon! When someone is bipolar, they are not "crazy! " Why would she not know where she was or what she did? You have potrayed people who suffer from this disorder scary and out of control. This is very offensive to us! our sanity does not depend on this medication. It simply helps with mood swings. I think that Jill and the other writers need to research their facts before they make characters I have disorders and diseases. Then there's Ashley. She has surgery on her brain and doesn't stay in the hospital for 5 minutes? No shaving of her head? No time for recuperation?! This is so incredibly crazy ridiculous why even have a storyline like that if you are not going to make it just a little more believable? these are very few reasons why Jill needs to be fired and find another person who knows what they're doing, and fix this horrendous mess that she has created.
