During the Kuppet elections in the branch held on 20th of February,2021 at Catholics grounds at ok Kalou...there were aspirants who were cleared by the Head Office to vie yet they were not members of the Union,they were under agency......

Kuppet is ran like a personalized property with no rule of respect to it's members. The agency fee issue is a draconian agreement with the employer to punish members. It must be degazetted. Retirement age of officials should be in tandem with the statutory retirement age. Term limits must be capped and the clarion call of one man one job must be seriously considered. Kuppet as it is, is a scam.

There are serious anomalies in the constitution that were/are meant to favour top management. Bona fide members should be practicing teachers only.
