This is too much. This will make corrupt KUPPET leaders and corrupt non leaders, to fake deaths to illegally acquire innocent teachers' contributions. In any case, mwalimu has enough BBF insurances from Money, Saccos, Braches, staffrooms, in the villages, churches etc etc. This is theft of the highest order.
