There have been too many incidents like these on campus. It's time to change.

In general this campus is great, but when I tell people it is an open campus, I want to believe it. I hope that will happen with this program

I’ve seen and experienced discrimination at this school. This is something that should definitely be mandated.

This would help a lot if this was implemented. From a student of color on campus, we go through a lot of miceoagressions not only from other students but faculty and staff as well.

We are not here to change anyone, but we demand respect and for individuals to learn and listen about the differences they will face on campus.

If this training is not mandatory, the faculty and staff that does not need it will be the only ones who attend. Diversity sensitivity is a necessary skill to work with and better the education of young adults.
