It is undemocratic and wrong to take whatever funds from my salary without due discussion. We need to talk about it at any level. If you think it's a national decision where my representatives should have represented my interest. Pls be aware that we have not discussed it and anything short of talking about this deduction before any decision for or against it, is total abuse of my right. Pls revert this decision immediately until a robust decision and framework is in place if ever we even want to go ahead.....

People needs to be consulted before taking their monies for any reason. Taking it without our consent is like we are in a military regime.

NEC should suspend implementation of the said letter to Management and engage in wide consultation with members. Our Salaries are not extension of PENGASSAN controlled purse.

I do not support unilateral deductions of members' salaries or allowances by PENGASSAN. Any deductions must first be discussed, and not imposed on members. With a recent tax law yet to take effect, it is ill advised for PENGASSAN to imposed additional 1.5% on members annual earnings. It is noteworthy that PENGASSAN or it's organs have come up with schemes to ripoff members of their entitlement despite mass disapproval. This kind of draconian leadership must STOP.
