I’m in total favour of this proposal. Broke is a forgotten Historic part of the Hunter. This proposal will put Broke back on the map.

It’s a win/win - a development of this type will create an instant town centre - with a wonderful heritage story –it will become a fitting tourism destination and symbol that will foster a deeper sense of community for Broke - this development will give a 'place' in which all this can happen and so much more.
