I think its a good idea BUT....I love the old House but the design for the square is horrible, way too modern and has no rustic charm or country feel to it. This isnt Pokolbin this is Broke and they need to keep that in mind. Broke has a feel of its own! The Community must be involved deciding its size and Design before anything gets built!

I really don't want this over the road from my place, i bought this house so i didn't have to look at buildings and have cars and people all out the front door.
