I believe we should have some options. I see these cheap cement tile roofs with mold all over them I think we should have better options. I want metal options

Insurance companies don’t allow our clay roofs (10y) to last anywhere near as long as the lifetime (50y). This is a smart, sustainable solution. There are metal roofs that look like our clay roofs.

My roof is falling apart and the HOA is making it so hard to just fix it properly. Metal is the only way in Florida weather.
