Time for the PC correct, and the Liberals to leave school mascot names alone. I am a Tewksbury Mass. Redmen class of 70, I work in a town in Maine with a mascot of Indians,. We are proud of our Native American heritage. We are paying homage to the Native Americans who helped our ancestors survive in this land.. Spend some time and effort taking care of our homeless, our veterans, and finding jobs for our citizens.

To be a Conrad Redskin was a way for each of us to recognize and honor native Americans. The Board members who voted to remove "Conrad Redskin" are in-fact further burying the legacy of the American Indian. We all know how European settlers attempted to destroy the native American culture. Now the settler's offspring are continuing the destruction process. They should be ashamed.

The Conrad Redskin mascot has never insulted our Native Americans, but only honored them by naming the school's mascot after our Native Americans. This political correct nonsense is getting ridiculous. A school in southern Delaware has a Native American logo for a mascot - yet nothing has been said negatively about that. Leave Conrad's mascot alone!
