I'm a student of EVC. I am an officer of a STEM related club on campus and I volunteer at the monthly public observatory events. I am very much in support of this museum. It will help stimulate interest in STEM related fields in our youth and will be a great attraction to our college and the community college system in general.

A Museum of Science and Arts at Evergreen Valley College is truly in need for this community, it creates a platform where a new generation of learners will stand to face the challenges currently afflicting our society.

As a biologist who's worked with NASA and SETI Institute for many years, I fully endorse the proposed Museum of Science and Arts at EVC. Local museum help K-12 and general audiences understand the links between basic research and real-world issues, civic decision making and even career paths. We all need to think beyond our local areas.... and consider our futures together.
