This should be implemented especially in our country.Let all pets be treated with love and affection.It's just so dissappointing as I have observed mostly of our fellow people treates their pets as a toy or others slaughter them or throw them away as if they were garbage.It hurts seeing some of the animals in pain,thirst for love and care ,in need of help but still being ignored just imagine it is hard putting yourself in their situation where people can't understand their wants and needs.They don't deserve us but still they remain to be with us.
