Lets build awareness to animal welfare. The filipino people should learn how to be responsible to any animal that they chose to pet and treat them like their own family. If we will be unable to do that then just please do not dare to adopt or pet any kind of animal. On the part of the Philippine governnent, it should set laws and implement them properly. Animals have rights also in this world just like people.

I am signing this petition to raise awareness, among many other social issues the country has, so that authorities who has jurisdiction over the solutions to this long existing problem be able to alleviate the poor condition of canines, and all other living creatures.

Asia has no law to protect animals. We demand for putting protection laws and stop animal abuse. We demand for stop animal cruelty and everyone who hurts an animal needs to be punished! Animals life's matter!!!
