Must amend existing laws and remove euthanasia for unclaimed dogs/cats on pound facilities. These animals are fighting for survival. If a pound facility have no animal welfare programs then it’s useless and must stop to operate. Their last option to get rid of these innocent creatures is euthanasia. The government must also put priority on Animal welfare and stop the killing of dogs/cats.
