This is such an important issue!! There should be laws for animal rights and tackling this. They are living creatures too. Once this all will be under control, human lives will improve too. The government needs to see the bigger picture!

Please strengthen the animal protection law. Bigyan ng mas malaking multa at dapat ang mga irresponsible owner ang makasuhan hindi ang mga kawawang alaga nila. Walang strays kung walang irresponsableng owner.
