Why don't we, our government do the same strategy and care that the other countries in europe do for stray dogs and cats. They will get the strays, get them checked by city vet, give vaccine, deworm, neuter/spay and have them tagged in the ears as sign that the dog/cat was vaccinated and should be taken care of and protected by government with monthly monitoring and yearly vaccination. And for those who maltreated the animals shall be punsihed by law without bail.

I do agree on this petition specially here in our country some of the animals are not well taken care off some of the owner are not being responsible like they'll hurting their own pet instead of petting them its just so dissappointing and giving me a heartache
because we are not giving or taking some actions on the animals who are not fostered well we should pay attention on this matter
