Sana ay magkaroon ng concretong batas na magpoprotect sa kanila sana ang gobyerno ay maglalaan ng pundo para sa kanila.Sana magkaroon ng libreng spay/neuter.Sana magawan nilang paraan na malocate lahat ng stray para marescue sa tulong narin ng gobyerno.Kagaya sa ibang bansa yung mga stray na narescue nilalagyan nila ng microchips ba yun sa katawan at pag lumabas at may nakasalubong na ibang stray ay malolocate dahil dun sa chips na nakalagay sa katawan nya.Para sa mga nanungkulan gawan nyo po sana ng paraan.

Didto walang pabor2 lahat kinukuha nila kahit kitang2 naman hindi strays. And inilagay nila sa maliit na cage ang mga dogs na kinuha nila. Walang food and water for 5 days before e euthanise

Pls stop killing dogs.or any animals
