Sa mga ndadakip na mga stray ndi kaya mas maganda if i TNR cla ikapon at irelease nalng kesa patayin? Ndi nmn tau dyos pra idekta ang kamatayan ng kahit na sino..
Sa mga owners gawing mandatory ang pag papakapon ng pets, be responsible! Pag ndi kaya wag nlng mag alaga kesa makadagdag lng ng strays sa future.
Sa government sna malaan ng funds pra sa free spay/neuter sa bwat brgy. Sobrang mahal mgpakapon sa mga private vet abot ng 5k..
Revise Animal welfare act! Gawing mas mbigat ang parusa sa lumlbas sa batas, animal cruelty
