it is time for the Philippines to be educated about how they should treat dogs and cats. I agree that law should be imposed for those who refuse such the respect for these animals.

I HATE ANY FORMS OF ANIMAL CRUELTY AND IF THE GOVERNMENT WOULD AT LEAST GIVE EVEN A LITTLE CONCERN TO OUR FUR FRIENDS WE COULD AT LEAST SAVE THEM FOR THEY CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!

it is time for the Philippines to be educated about how they should treat dogs and cats. I agree that law should be imposed for those who refuse such the respect for these animals.
