Stop animal cruelty..stop dog meat ..stop puppy mill..have law for animals..a very strong law to punish the guilty one..a fine of 500k up to millions of pesos..detention for 10 yrs up to 50yrs

Why have these people not been stopped from killing And eating dogs IT's sicking to know them and what they are doing to the dogs.People all over the world are doing jail time for harming animals and they are getting away with murder. STOP them from killing them. This the sicken me please stop them.P,S i have sign a lot of times for years now. Why can't you stop them.
