Please, pursue this petition... There is a great need to change the culture among Filipinos in the way they treat animals of any kind. It will take a lot of people, government support and a lot of money to change this... It's almost impossible because animal cruelty and degradation is ingrained in the society... But the culture has to change... And now is the best time to start!!!

We must have stricter law on animal abuse. An offender registry should be established and probihition of future animal ownership is a must.
