spay and neuter ang solusyon hindi ang pagpatay sa mga pound.suportahan ng gobyerno ang mga shelter na nangangalaga sa mga aso at pusa.parusahan ang mga taong umaabuso sa mga hayop.

We have laws against animal cruelty, but even our LGUs and the police don't take them seriously. There is a grave lack of concern and a failure in implementation. Meantime, thousands of animals, including pets, suffer and die in homes and out in the streets. Filipinos should start taking responsibility, and offenders need to be punished accordingly.
