Bigyan ng malaking parusa ang sino mang mananakit sa aso , pusa at kung ano pa mang hayop na hindi dapat saktan. Maraming aso sa lansangan , walang pamilya , walang tahanan , sana ay maging safe sila mula sa mga taong mapanakit , mapang abuso. Huwag natin itolerate o pabayaan ang mga taong may ganyang pag uugali pagdating sa hayop.
