Let's keep on knocking on the gov't and fellow-citizens about this. It's not enough to just post and share, we need to take action and this is one of them hence I signed. I am for full force implementation of animal laws, for animal abuse to be included in heinous crimes (because animal abusers are a short line away from murdering people; they are psychopaths in the making) for TNVR pracitce adopted at the barangay levels all over the country, for banning pet shops or if not, let them have license to only sell shelter pets, not those from backyard breeders. Mahatma Gandhi said this: "The greatness of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated", so I want to show that a Filipino is a caring human even to its animals.
