I am in favor of punishment and imprisonment of animal abusers in this country. It is high time we put fangs in this proposed law or law.

I just need to walk a few steps outside of my house to prove that the issues surrounding animal maltreatment is real. A lot of Filipinos do not consider pets as family, and most even call them "bantay" or something similar. Stricter laws have to be implemented to prevent these abuses from happening.
