They really need shelter, we also need a new law, a law that protects not only dogs but animals. They are like family. The law should be 'If you harm an animal, there will be a penalty, up to 750 to 1,000 pesos

Animals do have feelings and should have rights as well. Not because we are humans, we think we are superior, we have the right to do whatever we want to them, or not to do anything for them

Please provide a more handful law to protect stray animals specially dogs and cats. Also, if that animal have an owner , it will protect them from being abuse. Another reason why i sign this petition, some people who gets them in the streets who are in hurry to kill animals once they dont met its owner.. avoid them to kill those animals. They deserve to have a family a happy life not a cruel life. I SIGN THIS PETITION TO BE ONE OF THE VOICE FOR ANIMALS WHO ABUSED.
