Kahit sa private subd may mga irresp dog owners basta na lang pinababayaan sa kalye ang aso pg ayaw na at dumadami sila tpos irerescue kunyari pero pinapatay din pala kasi daw madami na sa temporary shelter pero wala naman kasi nag aalok o nagmamanage ng isang adoption page para malaman ng mga willing o ng mga shelters like PAWS. Sana maturuan mga barangay ano dapat gawin at mga batas na maiwasan mga irresp owners para mawala mga asong pinapabayaan sa kalye o miserable ang kondisyon sa care ng amo
