Having this kind of petition is a great help to raise awareness on animal cruelty, an issue that is not been focused on in the philippines. I hope someday we could gain what other countries are doing when it comes to animal welfare. Instanbul for caring for cats, turkey for caring for stray dogs and the like. It's a dream that I know we can be able to achieve with the help of people like you.

I do believe that its time for the government to do a solid law about animal abuse and animal right. A law that will be strictly implemented in the whole country.
