Dogs should be treated like babies, they can't talk but they are the most loyal and loving animal.. they dont deserve people that tortures them.. please help the dogs in the philippines in dog pound. some dog pounds can only let the dog stay for 3 days and if they hadn't picked up by owner theyll get euthanesia.
