The situation for animals in the Phil’s is terrible. People must change. Not Dogs. Simple proven animal control municipal laws can make the people of the Philippines feel better and stop the agony. Dog licenses, online sales prohibition, animal abuse law and neuter programs and a SPCA, is what Free love without limits is worth.

I have signed so many of these petitions when will they ever pay attention. This is barbaric it's back in caveman days. Why can't people who do this learn how uncivilized this is put them in jail with bread & water maybe they'll learn how horrible this is.
