You've got to keep the arts alive in schools it's not all about the academic subjects!!!

For a school that loves to 'show off' how much dance they do, cutting A level dance makes no sense!!

Arts bashing again very sad this will affect my daughter who is due to start this course in sept and my daughter in year 8 who was looking forward to doing this after her GCSEs

Such a shame that the school are considering dropping a course that has a lot of passionate and enthusiastic students who have been committed to the subject for many years and are hoping to pursue a career in the subject. The dance department put on an excellent showcase each year where A-Level performances present amazing, high-standard talent that is also seen in the school productions. I defiantly believe that the school should keep the subject.

Running A levek dance would be beneficial as it means a lot to those who wish to take it.
