"Amendment I. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Tarot reading is in now way connected to evil. If anything it's a good way to give and receive advice. The law needs to go.

These things that this man do are part of his protected religious rights. As such, the zoning should allow for him to practice his beliefs and assist others with those beliefs in his shop.

This is in violation of his free right to practice religion. I'd consult with the ACLU about it

Last time I checked we are in the USA and supposed to be free to practice whatever religion we choose. Shame not all are true Americans.

Everyone has the freedom of religion....not from religion. And that does not just apply to Christians. Our country was founded on those looking to escape religious persecution and the freedom to practice their own beliefs. The ignorance MUST stop!

Everyone has the right to religious freedom. And no one has the right to persecute someone based on their religion or what the practice.
