One takes a journey in life to find what they want to learn and who they become, a religious path is one of them. This is one path many chooses to take, but it is the "INTENT" behind their "CHOICE" from the religious right, within the 1st Amendment - now I am a Christian, but I did a lot of hard work to decide where I want to be in life. This right is not to be taken away.

You can get tarot readings in literally any state in America. I would have them show something in writing to prove that it's illegal.

Personally, I'd like to see some official documentation that truly dictates a need for the property to be re-zoned before readings can resume. If there's not a rule against the distribution of the tiny Psalms books that get handed out during town festivals and inside other businesses, that same freedom should be extended here as well. As far as the sidewalk goes, I'm fairly certain those are considered public grounds, and the first amendment still exists, so that should be self-explanatory.

I may not be into tarot cards and readings but I'll be damned if Christians acting so morally superior by using threat of force by law to restrict other people's God-given free will that they say they believe in. You have the right to do whatever you please, so long as it doesn't violate anyone else's rights, which I reason to believe what you do does.

Divination is a practice of many pagan religions, including Wicca, which is a recognized religion in this country...antiquated laws forbidding divination is a direct violation of our constitutional rights...the Pagan community has suffered greatly due to stereotyping and fear...it's time for the rest of the world to play catch-up.....educate themselves about other faiths and realise that not everyone is Christian.....We want our rights.
