About time someone brought this up. NC laws are garbage.

My husband works so hard and barely sees a dime of his own check after all these payments. It is just not right.

SO TRUE. Dads need better representation in court. Tired of being treated like a paycheck and not a parent.

The system is totally broken. Been paying for years while she works under the table and hides money. Needs to change now.

I'm signing this for my brothers because I know they're active and they don't deserve to be wrung out of every last cent they earn to take care of their children. When the mother is fully capable yet completely unwilling to take care them financially in any way. What's fair is fair, and this--North Carolina is not fair!

The rights to working father’s need to be looked at when it comes to Mothers sitting on their butt doing nothing to help support their children. It is so unfair for active fathers to be forced to pay child support if their carry their children on their insurance as well as provide food and clothing. How can we expect them to luv in poverty when the mother is quite capable of working as well. When a father is threaten by DSS that is not acceptable behavior to a father who is willing to do anything to provide for his children coluntarily and you suck every penny out of him to watch him fall, or so depressed they contemplate suicide. In the end that’s not the answer for those children. It’s discuting. The law needs to change and goes for mothers that are lazy and spend the money on themselves instead of the children. I raised my three without child support and I went to work everyday that I was able. Please protect these great dads.

Every situation is different but it should be equal responsibility ,the father should support his children the same the mother does
