We believe in a minimum wage for under sixteen year olds, as we think it is unfair for a 21 year old to be paid a greater sum of money and work the same amount of hours as those under the age of sixteen. It is up to the employers to choose the rate in which they pay their employees per hour, therefore, in the current downfall of the economy employers are able to pay under sixteen year olds £1 per hour if they so do wish... they may not pay them at all!

My son works just as hard as the adults at his shop and deserves better than pocket change. It is exploitation plain and simple.
