Game's been in the pits for quite sometime now. Right now it's not playable. We're talking the worst servers on the planet, insane lags more often than not, horrendous defensive and in-game mechanics, an ugly user interface, unrealistic pressing, meaningless rewards; the list is endless to be honest. If the organization as a whole entity can't listen to it's users, how is innovation conducted? Just shoehorning whatever is deemed innovative, no? This is calling for many players ditching this once upon a time franchise and play something else. Kids with zero tactical acumen may be enjoying the game because Messi cards and other overpowered cards are forced down their throats. There are in fact people who played this game because of mechanics being better, efootball 22 to be precise, yet now they're forced to quit playing this absolute mess of a game. In as much as the company is profitable, it is us the users that blindly keep the company profitable. And what do we get in return? NOTHING. Quite unreasonable to the common people. It goes without saying konami is a large institution but the users aren't catered for, just nonsense year in year out. That being said we're calling for all users to give a 1 star rating in the stores until everything is fixed, even if it means a whole week, considering the fact that the servers can't handle such workload in two days.

I have spent hours reading through the reviews you are posting and the frustration matches exactly what I feel while staring at this broken interface. The developers continue to ignore our feedback but they cannot ignore a collective drop in store ratings. Keep pressure on them because we deserve a product that respects our time instead of just our wallets.

Seeing this momentum shows I am not the only one tired of the lag and poor mechanics that ruined this franchise. It feels like we are finally pushing back against a company that ignores the people who made them successful.

We want better passing without impossible interception, realism. We want improved goalkeeping. Balance the game between free to play players and pay to win players. Remove AI assist in helping my opponent to press and intercept that ball if he's not controlling that particular player
This game is hell for f2p players. There is nothing to do in this game and nothing to look upto. Day by day its becoming boring. Add exciting events and rewards, that’s all the game needs now.
I'm just so concerned about the servers...especially in Africa. Also the events re too way few..camon konami...just oke event for a week....keep us engaged with endless events a d better rewards. The rewards for division ranking are ridiculous
Fix your game. Fix lag and latency bring more mods as BAL and Master League to consoles, PC, and even for mobile. You can do it. We pay a lot of money weekly for epics and show times we deserve attention
Played this game from 2017 & new p2w users easily beats old players like me. This game doesn't need skills, it's only needs money.
This game needs MAJOR important. With all its shortcomings, the one that is most concerning is how the game itself doesn't feel like football simulation. The touches are heavy for no reason, players move on their own without any input, don't respond, there is input delay, they don't receive simple passes allowing the ball to simply roll by, when a through pass is played even if the receiver can receive the ball early he waits running alongside the ball till the defender intercepts, when a normal pass is played the receiver does not move towards the ball and remains standing while the defender rushes from behind and gets the ball,

Need better gameplay, more content, offline modes, eliminate scripting/dda, eliminate Ai assist, fix the lags and animation glitches. Improve server. What kinda server 'maintainance' do you guys actually do?? Add more players in eSHOP. Old NON boosted epics, big time, potw, iconic are more than enough.
