Hello my name is Sean Stanley the town where I'm from(Haverstraw NY) the people affectionately call me Bread. I'm the founder of VohBasketball. We started summer 2013 with only 4 teams. Now Summer 2018 we have 12 teams. We now also have an instagram page that is growing in views everyday and We just started a YouTube channel. The rec center has had the same floor since 1998. This is home, this is the beginning for most of us and now is the focal point of basketball in the county. When it rains the floor in the gym gets very slick. Slippery to the point where the risk of injury is extremely high. We of VOH basketball do not want to see anyone getting hurt. This petition is to show that we are very serious and concerned about the conditions and we are looking for change. Please sign this petition not only for VOH but to make sure no one in the community has a serious injury caused by the floor. Thank you.
