On behalf of First Calvary Baptist Church we have chosen Fredrick Campbell 195143 and the story behind Mr. Campbell to be the magnetic force for our newly formed substance abuse treatment program. His experience speaks to the current chemically dependent addicts and hopefully he will bring more participants to our program for treatment. This petition is for him to be paroled.
