Science and fact based action is critical to battle diseases -- not political negotiations. We need people with the necessary knowledge and training, as well as a tactical mindset for combating pandemics. We urge you to establish a CDC - if you do so, it will be the greatest achievement of your administration.

I agree to need Japan CDC.
Because it need to verify and take care on Past Spreads of Disease.
And that organization needs to get out of politics and the Japanese Medical Association.
