He does not have the capability to lead a multi disciplinary health care team as he cannot see or view issues outside the medical doctors' (NMA) binoculars. He is a mis-fit for the office of a minister of health of Nigeria.

It is unfortunate that the minister who is supposed to put his house in order by being father to all has choose to tear the house apart. He is not worthy to be a minister. The masses -patients are not even in the centre of his negotiations, because he can afford to travel abroad to sort his and his family health issues.

It is of no doubt that Prof. Isaac Adewole is not fit to be the minister of health. Evidence no 1 health workers at every level have been on strike and he has not found a last solution to the problem. He should understand that the fact he is okay doesn't mean that nigerians should suffer because of his incompetency. Nigerians should have access to free health care and if that is not available at least they should be accessible to the subsidised health care they are having. A good leader should have listening ears and must not be biased. He is biased by being against other health workers' demands. Until we realise that health care sector is not being managed alone by NMA and FMOH we will not achieve the best in nigeria health sector. Active participation of other health workers is very important as a tree can't make a forest so d doctors can't a hospital. Let us get it, it's a team work, it's a collaborative work with 1 goal and we having our patients at the centre of every care
Pay Johesu and improve or you go
