Sack him for peace to reign since he is not for all but for his colleagues "doctors" so that lives can be prevented from being lost if our demands are met; and replace him with a neutral person ASAP.

It's obvious he is pro Doctors instead of being father to the health team. For any meaningful outcomes to be reached, the FGN should replace him with a neutral person as minister of health
