We, the Brothers of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., in exercise of the rights given to us by the our Constitution and By-Laws, do hereby petition the Board of Directors of our dear fraternity to call to question a Special Convention of the General Organization, the "Ultimate Arena", to deal with the exigent circumstances surrounding the suspension and subsequent removal of the 33rd General President for conduct unbecoming. Moreover, we request that said convention be held on a college campus over a period to last no more than 72 hours, at a time and place convenient to the brotherhood, on or before August 31, 2012.
Finally, we call on the Acting General President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. to immediately exercise his authority and call for an official meeting of the Board of Directors, to vote on the matter in question.
