A Call To Action For Domestic Violence and Stalking Reform

I am trying to find my way, been abused by the system, losing all human rights, Stalked and attacked in my home, on the street, in the community, the church, and didn't know why. Thought it was because of my daughter's death. I call it murder for organs. But what I accept now is the fact somehow we were kidnapped by the Health System, Guinea Pigs, implanted. So I try to move forward knowing someone somewhere knows all I think and has the ability to control my body internally. I hang on tight to my God Soul, sometimes God carries me when I have the need, then I get up and start again, with hope again, feeling blessed, working and hoping I can finish what it is he wants me to do.

I'm the victim lost in the cracks, abused by the system, lost everyone and everything. Only have shelter bc 3 local agencies helped but short term. I really have no way of making I just try. Love that you are bringing attention to cyberstalking and the limited resources

I've been granted a 2 year protective order, and in less than a month he's violated it four times. He's terrorizing me from behind a computer screen. I am afraid to talk to anyone as he's attacked me in every facet imaginable and has extended these attacks to both my personal and professional circles. Hiding behind anonymous email accounts, multiple VPN accounts, and accounts allowing him to spoof his number when calling so his number doesn't show. He's created numerous social media profiles pretending to be so he can make contact with friends and family trying to find out my number or where I am. The local DA has NO knowledge of the internet or how to investigate to show it's him. 5000 emails since Aug and after thousands of phone calls and five number changes it doesn't stop. A change needs to be made in making the internet safer as well. I am going to have to change my name and ssn due to the damage he's done not only physically and mentally to me as a person but to my name.

I am a victim of domestic violence,and unable to leave because I have no income,no where to go,no car,my abuser knows where all the shelters are,because his family has friends who are cops,work in the D.A. office,Iv'e been in and out of the hospital,and ICU and I will for a fact end up dead if I don't leave,I am disabled and lost my SSA because I got married 5 years ago,welfiar won't even help me,but gave him food stamps,he has abused my service dog and caused her to have a siezer he has a history before me of domestic violence and took anger managment classes and learned how to monipolate the courts and the law.

This is a big issue. Needs adressing world wide.

Victims of stalking by proxy or stalking through 3rd parties really have no voice whatsoever. The police don't consider this a restraining order violation, although 3rd party stalking can be extremely frightening, harassing, and unnerving.

If someone loves you they shouldn't hurt you. They have no rights to put hands on you. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with physical and mental abuse. Either way you look at it its ABUSE.

My family and I are gang stalked in Baton Rouge Louisiana. My formal employer a formal Federal Judge, lawyer at Louisiana State University sent this force behind my family and I abusing his power. Our civil rights are being violated in Louisiana. I had a simple disagreement with my supervisor and he is abusing his power.I have been gang stalked , harassed, abused, street harassed in Louisiana. I was mobbed on the job and that is when the gang stalking started. We are gang stalked by FBI,Baton Rouge Police, Louisiana Law Enforcement, doctors, teachers, preachers, principals, politicians, friends, family, community, athletes, neighbors, activist,etc. I have never committed any crimes so this formal Federal Judge.lawyer is abusing his power. I hope this site works as I ended up with a broken back and a broken neck. He also stole everything I had, an awful lot of money and now I live on the edge of counting every penny I spend. I couldnt get justice but tried with 3 solicitors who all said there is nothing they can do as I was out of time with the courts. I was in hospital that is why and spent 3 and a half years in bed. Why couldnt anyone help?????
