I was a FAM supporter for years and would like to be again... if this mess is sorted. MANA do the right thing and agree to transparent mediation!

I support ethical fiscal and governance of these two essential midwifery institutions. Mediation is appropriate first step toward establishing processes that nurture our profession. The mediation team needs individuals with expertise in CPA and non-profit law.

This is ridiculous; we all are sisters; we need to be transparent with each other; there are much bigger issues at stake worldwide, so be transparent.

It is appreciated if all of you would please pass along this link as widely as you can. FAM agrees that mediation is a reasonable ask. And yes- wouldn't it be lovely if we didn't have to ask for it via mediation?!! THANK YOU ALL!

Transparency should be desired by all. An unrelated third-party with knowledge of midwifery related topics would be a wise first step.

I am signing this position as I believe this “ public conflict” and harsh actions needs to broken down on both sides of the table- MANA and FAM.

Thank you for starting this petition. I have been quietly following this conflict with growing concern and loss of faith in MANA. Mediation is a great idea. I hope this can be resolved with integrity.

The use of professional mediation is the least MANA can do to provide some transparency and resolution regarding this tragic misuse of a non-profit.

Coming together at a meeting with objective mediation is the most reasonable ask. I do hope everyone can set aside their differences to come to a consensus.
