We, the loyal people of the United Kingdom of Atlantis (UKA)—citizens and non-citizens alike, ATC holders, and committed followers of the UKA/ATC Project—hereby present this petition as a unified call for accountability, transparency, and the protection of the collective interests of the Realm and its people.

Over time, we have endured growing concerns regarding the conduct and administrative actions of the ATC Online Director, Professor Emmanuel Odili. These concerns stem from repeated instances of alleged disobedience to the lawful orders and decrees of His Royal Majesty, the Reigning Monarch of UKA, whose directives are intended for the progress, unity, and welfare of the people.

It is on record that His Royal Majesty approved the commencement of the KYC exercise for the ATC digital wallet and the subsequent exchangeability process. However, throughout the current month of February and prior periods, these directives have reportedly been delayed or obstructed. Such actions have led to widespread frustration, division, and misdirected grievances among the populace, with many initially led to believe that the hardships faced were sanctioned by the Throne.

Further inquiries and community findings suggest that Professor Emmanuel Odili may have played a central role in the delays surrounding the digital wallet KYC approval and the exchangeability process for ATC holders. Additional allegations include the unexplained disappearance or unauthorized deductions of ATC coins from holders’ wallets without transparent justification, thereby eroding trust and confidence in the system.

These developments have caused distress among the people, undermined faith in leadership structures, and fostered disunity within the UKA community. In light of these grave concerns, we respectfully call for:
1. The immediate removal and replacement of Professor Emmanuel Odili as ATC Online Director.
2. The appointment of a competent and accountable successor who will uphold the directives of the Throne and prioritize the welfare of the people.
3. A comprehensive and independent investigation into the alleged administrative misconduct, delays, and unauthorized wallet deductions.
4. Full transparency and restitution, where necessary, to restore trust and confidence among ATC holders and the global UKA community.

We urge all people of UKA and supporters across the global stage to stand in unity and solidarity in advocating for integrity, justice, and responsible leadership. Our loyalty remains with His Royal Majesty and the vision of a prosperous and equitable United Kingdom of Atlantis.

Respectfully submitted in unity and good faith.
