This marking standard does not accurately reflect the capability of students and unfairly disadvantages kids who should be given the opportunity to learn at the level of their actual capability.

I think the kids writings should be assessed based on what they have written. Not on someone’s assumption that it could be a pre-prepared writing..

Very unfair to the kids who performed so high in other subjects and couldn’t make to enough score due to this bad introduction of Zero score. Highly discouraging for young kids

This is not fair for a kid unless he or she left the writing sheet blank !

Its really unfair to judge students for pre prepared answers and giving 0 in writing even though 2 years of continuous hard work and putting their all effort.

My son is high scorer for writing in school. It is unbelievable for him to get this score

It is very unfair marking for 10 and years olds

Too much stress for the younger one

It's mental trauma for kids

I agree we need to be transparent about the standard of marking for writing to be fair for everyone.

I think the young writer deserves a second chance

Giving a child a score of zero on an exam is unreasonable; as long as the child has completed the writing, it shouldn’t be a zero.
